Meet Regina Filomeno

Regina Seraphina Filomeno has studied energy medicine in various forms since 2011. She is a Strega, Italian Folk Magic Practitioner, Usui Reiki Master Teacher, writer, poet, and mindfulness meditation facilitator, who is highly gifted in spiritual communication, energetic healing techniques, and whole-person empowerment. She values devotion, integrity, authenticity, freedom, compassion, depth of connection and self-determination. These seven values act as guiding principles in her life—both personally and professionally.

Regina holds an A.A. in General Studies from Ivy Tech Community College, a B.A. in Creative Writing and English from Southern New Hampshire University, and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Aurora University.

Regina brings over a decade of dedicated spiritual practice, rigorous academic exploration, and professional expertise with her into her work with her clients. She has developed gentle, yet profoundly powerful services that are creating shifts in her clients’ lives, as well as her own! It is her mission to be the Unicorn of mind-body-soul work, and she is doing just that…

Regina is a licensed social worker, serving as an outpatient therapist in community mental health. Regina currently provides her holistic healing/energy medicine services in the Chicago Suburbs at the following locations.
