Welcome to the beginning (or continuation) of your journey inward.
Reiki (USUI SHIKI RYOHO) is taught in four separate levels. Each level assists the practitioner in building upon their skills. Courses are taught in small groups, so that each student receives individualized attention.
Regina Filomeno is an 8th-generation Usui Reiki Master Teacher, who received all of her Reiki training between 2015-2016 with Michael Whitcomb, RMT. During that time she also learned basics in Wicca, Rituals and Spell Work, Shamanic Cleansing Techniques, and Angelic Connection.
Regina teaches Reiki with deep respect for Traditional Japanese Techniques, while honoring Mrs. Takata’s teachings that she brought to the West.
Reiki Training & Certification aims to:

No pre-recorded courses.
Courses range from 5-7 hours in length.
Regina does not require you to take all levels with her, but proof of certification is required when registering for levels 2-4.
