Hi! I’m Regina. I’m a licensed therapist, certified yoga instructor, energy healer, and writer. I believe in the transformative power of stories. Whether stories unfold in life, in therapy, or on the page, they act as guides, pointing us toward clarity, healing, and self-discovery.

I offer integrative, trauma-informed psychotherapy for adults seeking healing, greater self-understanding, and lasting change. My practice specializes in trauma, anxiety, ADHD, burnout, life transitions, and identity exploration through a holistic, somatic approach. Therapy is available in person in Palos Heights and virtually for adults throughout Illinois, with both insurance and self-pay options.

Energy healing offers a gentle space to slow down, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself. These complementary sessions are designed to support relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being for the mind, body, and spirit. They are offered separately from my licensed psychotherapy practice and are not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment.

Join me at Snow Healing Center in Willow Springs, Illinois for community rituals, yoga classes, spiritual-somatic workshops, Reiki Share, and special events. Each gathering offers practical tools, inspiration, and connection with community. Monthly low-cost and love donation events are available throughout the year.
