Regina Filomeno LCSW, RMT, CYT200
Therapist, Energy Healer & Writer
About
Regina Filomeno is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Reiki Master Teacher, and 200 hour Certified Yoga Teacher whose work bridges the sacred and the psychological, weaving healing, storytelling, and embodiment into an integrated path of wholeness.
A lifelong writer and creative spirit, Regina views the written word as a mirror for the inner landscape. Her poetry and prose explore the body as a threshold—a place where memory, emotion, and spirit converge. Through her written work, she invites readers into spaces of self-inquiry, reclamation, and reverence for the unseen layers of being.
As a healer and therapist, Regina supports individuals in returning to the authentic self—the part of us that remembers who we are beneath conditioning, trauma, and societal expectation. Her approach integrates trauma recovery, somatic awareness, identity exploration, and mind-body-spirit connection.
Whether on the page or in the therapy room, her work is rooted in compassion, intuition, and deep listening. She believes in the transformative power of presence, and that healing unfolds not from forcing or fixing, but rather is the natural result of simply being together.
Philosophy
Regina’s philosophy is grounded in the belief that healing and creativity are inseparable forces.
The same energy that writes, paints, dreams, and grieves is the energy that restores and transforms.
She holds a reverence for the body as both teacher and storyteller honoring its wisdom through somatic practices, mindfulness, and integrative healing modalities. Her work is guided by archetypal, ecological, and spiritual frameworks, always returning to the question:
“What does it mean to come home to oneself, and what beauty becomes possible when we do?”

Regina’s upcoming poetry chapbook, The Fine Line: Body Between Worlds, explores embodiment, memory, and the liminal space between trauma and transcendence.
Drawing upon her background in therapy, spirituality, and creative writing, her work invites readers into reflection, healing, and self-reclamation.
Future works include: the Echoes From Within 4-book novel series, a poetic exploration of trauma recovery and inner child healing, and a children’s book series that nurtures socioemotional awareness, resilience, and ecological in young readers.
