Writing As Remembering
Words have always been my way home. Through poetry and prose, I explore the quiet intersections between trauma and transformation, the body and the soul, the personal and the collective.
My writing is rooted in lived experience and shaped by years of therapeutic practice, spiritual study, and my own healing journey. I write to remember what has been forgotten, to weave magic into the mundane, to elevate the language of the unspoken, and to invite others into spaces of reflection and renewal.
Storytelling is sacred. It is medicine. It is record that something larger than the self is at work in the universe. That the threads of life have sewn us all together into one eternal song. My written works are but one verse in this song. What will your verse be?
The Fine Line: Body Between Worlds
A debut chapbook by Regina Filomeno
In this intimate collection of poems, the body becomes a bridge between memory and release, grief and grace, worlds seen and unseen. Each poem is a thread of reclamation, an act of returning to the self after loss, silence, and fragmentation.
The Fine Line: Body Between Worlds invites the reader to sit inside the liminal, to listen for the echo of healing that stirs quietly beneath it all.
