I’m Regina Filomeno, an energy medicine practitioner and intuitive guide with over a decade of experience helping clients gently process stress, achieve balance, and find clarity. My practice combines reiki, energy medicine, yoga, meditation, breathwork, intuitive coaching, spiritual guidance and community gatherings. I offer individual sessions and group events virtually and in-person at Snow Healing Center, in Willow Springs, Illinois.

    Reiki Training & Certification Workshops

    SMALL GROUP or ONE-ON-ONE MENTORSHIP AVAILABLE!

    Regina is an 8th generation Usui Reiki Master Teacher (Usui Shiki Ryoho) who teaches a fusion of Traditional Japanese and Western Reiki. Levels 1-Master Teacher are taught. Best to take all courses with Regina, but students are welcome at any level, with proof of previous certification. Reiki refreshers are also offered to all students at any level.
