Angels & Your Reiki Practice
Deepen your Reiki practice with Angelic Alchemy! In this Reiki continuing education class, Regina Filomeno, RMT teaches how to enhance and deepen your Reiki practice by working with Archangels. Learn how to use the Merkaba and archangelic sigils as Reiki symbols to enhance your personal and professional practice. Through experiential traditional Reiki practices, breathwork, meditation, and guided visualizations, Regina helps participants connect to their personal angelic team and channel archangelic healing energy. A reiju (spiritual blessing) is given to each participant to assist in grounding the course’s concepts in the body. The course concludes with self-healing, 1:1 and group healing sessions to provide practical application of knowledge.

About the Instructor
Led by Regina Filomeno, Reiki Master Teacher, with over ten years of experience in personal and professional Reiki practice and education. Regina brings a grounded, trauma-informed, and heart-centered approach to energy work, blending traditional Reiki teachings with intuitive guidance and spiritual wisdom. She is passionate about helping practitioners deepen their connection to universal and angelic energies while cultivating discernment, embodiment, and ethical practice. Regina creates learning spaces that are safe, supportive, and spiritually expansive, allowing students to explore their gifts with confidence and integrity.

Angels & The Akasha
Access the Akashic Records for personal healing, insight, and self-realization in Angels & The Akasha, a workshop led by Regina Filomeno, RMT. Through guided meditation, breathwork, ritual, and experiential practice, Regina guides participants to connect with Archangel Metatron to access their personal Akashic Records for purposes of soul growth and healing across lifetimes. Inner Child Yoga
Join Regina and Snow Healing Center for Yoga for the Inner Child. December 11th at 7:15pm.
It is through dedicated practice of yoga that the mind becomes a fertile ground for growth. Seeds of expanding consciousness are sown into the mind, taking root within the human’s subtle bodies, and ultimately blossom into an embodied philosophy…a way of being, a way of life. Yoga nourishes the mind, body, and spirit.
Yoga for the Inner Child strives to cultivate the conditions for one to safely explore the body-mind-spirit connection with childlike wonder, playful curiosity and radical acceptance.
In this monthly gathering, students will engage in a 90-minute yoga class which will include: YIN Yoga asana (physical postures), meditation, contemplation on a chosen yoga sutra, and an automatic writing exercise to conclude class.
YIN Yoga balances the mind and strengthens the body by holding postures for several minutes at a time. This allows gravity to act on the body, providing a natural, deep stretch to the connective tissues. As a passive practice, YIN is a necessary complement to the active Yang energy which dominates our present society.
Yoga for the Inner Child is led by Regina Filomeno, LSW, RMT, CYT200. She is a licensed social worker, holistic mental health therapist, energy medicine practitioner, yoga instructor, psychic seer, angelic channel, HSP, friend of the trees, and a mother. Regina completed her traditional yoga teacher training in 2024 with Sattvic Sage Ayurveda & Yoga. The idea of this series, Yoga for the Inner Child, evolved as a result of Regina’s lifelong passions for Jungian Psychology, Creative Writing, Metaphysics and Social Justice.
