This workshop offers a grounded, experiential approach to working with angels in the context of relationships beginning with the most important relationship of all: the one you have with yourself.
Rather than focusing on calling in a soulmate, twin flame, or idealized partnership, this class centers on how we show up in relationships emotionally, energetically, and somatically. Angelic support is approached as a resource for presence, clarity, regulation, and self-responsibility, not as a means of wish fulfillment or bypassing human complexity.
Through gentle teaching, embodied reflection, and a guided angelic meditation, participants will explore what is truly theirs to hold within relationships: their emotions, boundaries, patterns, and capacity for self-connection. The workshop emphasizes nervous system awareness, emotional integrity, and staying rooted in the body while navigating relational stress, conflict, or uncertainty.
This is a somatic, trauma-aware experience designed to help you deepen relational clarity from the inside out. Angels are invited not to manage outcomes, but to support your ability to remain with yourself—grounded, resourced, and aligned—within all forms of relationship.
The workshop will conclude with a simple group ritual focused on releasing what is not yours to carry and strengthening your relationship with yourself as the foundation for healthier, more authentic connections.

Regina brings a grounded, trauma-informed, and heart-centered approach to energy work, blending traditional Reiki teachings with intuitive guidance and spiritual wisdom. She is passionate about helping practitioners deepen their connection to universal and angelic energies while cultivating discernment, embodiment, and ethical practice.
