Workshop 1: The Sacred Descent — Stability Within the Dark
Transformation does not begin with light.
It begins with dissolution.
Before clarity, there is confusion.
Before rebuilding, there is unraveling.
Before growth, there is the dark.
In this first workshop of The Angelic Alchemy Series, we explore the alchemical stage of The Sacred Descent, encompassing the season of identity shifts, burnout, grief, and spiritual questioning that often precedes deep transformation.
This 3-hour sacred container blends:
• Alchemical teachings
• Trauma-informed reflection
• Nervous system grounding
• Guided meditation
• Somatic art therapy practices (finger painting)
• Group integration discussion
We will work with the stabilizing archetype of Archangel Michael as a symbol of containment, boundaries, and protection of the nervous system, reframing protection as steady support within intensity.
No artistic experience is required. There is no “right way” to create. This workshop is about process, rather than performance.
