Angels & Abundance is a grounded, embodied workshop that redefines abundance beyond

manifestation culture, offering a deeply supportive and realistic approach to navigating scarcity,

uncertainty, and financial stress.

This is not a “think positive” or “raise your vibration” class. Instead, this workshop meets you in

the reality of modern life—rising costs, burnout, and systemic pressure—while offering tools to

reconnect with your body, your resources, and spiritual support in meaningful ways.

Through somatic practice, guided meditation, reflective art, and ritual, participants will explore

abundance as support, dignity, and enoughness, rather than excess or material gain alone. You

will learn how scarcity lives in the nervous system, how to gently expand your capacity to

receive, and how to recognize the resources that already exist within and around you.

Participants will connect with the Angel of Enough: a steady, supportive presence offering clarity

and companionship within life’s challenges. Creative practices include building a “Map of

Enough” and crafting a personal talisman infused with intention and grounded abundance. A

closing ritual centers circulation rather than accumulation, supporting more sustainable

relationships with giving and receiving.

Led by Regina Filomeno, Reiki Master Teacher, Italian folk magic practitioner, Licensed Clinical

Social Worker and therapist. Regina creates trauma-informed, somatic, and experiential

workshops that bridge psychology, body, and spirituality, offering grounded, compassionate

spaces for healing and reconnection.
