Workshop IV: The Sacred Integration — Embodying the Light You Have Become

Transformation is not complete when insight arrives.

It is complete when it lives in the body.

In the final workshop of The Angelic Alchemy Series, we enter the alchemical stage of The Sacred Integration, encompassing the union of shadow and light.

This is not about transcending your humanity.

It is about inhabiting it fully.

Over the course of 3 hours, we will:

• Explore integration as spiritual maturity

• Reflect on the full arc of transformation

• Engage in grounding meditation

• Create a mixed-media anchor object

• Participate in group integration dialogue

Participants will combine elements of painting, collage, clay, and written intention to create a personal Alchemical Anchor…something tangible that represents their embodied growth.

We will draw from the archetype of Archangel Metatron as a symbol of sacred structure and integration, reframing spiritual expansion as something that strengthens grounding rather than escapes it.

This workshop can stand alone, but also completes the full alchemical arc.
